Glenn A. Saathoff, 71, of Ashkum passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at Prairieview Lutheran Home in Danforth.
He was born on January 11, 1953 in Watseka, the son of Elmer and Esther (Lauterbach) Saathoff. He married Alice Meister on April 26, 1980 in Danforth and she survives.
Other survivors include one daughter, Erica (Jimmy) Dehm of Fairbury; two grandsons, Hudson Dehm and Parker Dehm; and one sister, Shirley Roach of Ashkum.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Elmer Saathoff Jr.; and one sister, June Cole.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and dirt car racing. Glenn worked in the Maintenance Department at Merkle-Knipprath Nursing Home near Clifton.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton with Rev. Pete Hinrich officiating.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton.
