Joan Goodwin (80), born 07-03-44, passed away on 12-18-24 at 2:36PM in her residence at Heritage Woods in Watseka, IL, surrounded by family.
Joan was proceeded in death by her parents, Milton and Angela Demierre, her sisters, Marlene Funk and Judy Henneike.
Joan was raised by her mother and step father, Angela and Clarence Platz, also deceased.
Joan is survived by her brothers, Ron (Myrna) Demierre & Dennis Demierre; 3 children: Sheila (Joe) Schultz, Tammy Carroll, and JR Goodwin; 9 grandchildren & several great grandchildren.
Joan was a NASCAR lover, chocolate fanatic, avid country music fan & enjoyed spending time with family.
She will be cremated, no services per her wishes.
