James A. Barney, 65, of Kentland, IN passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025 at Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka. He was born on August 18, 1959 in Watseka, a son of Donald and Linda (Thorp) Barney and they preceded him in death.
He married Kimberly A. Harrison on August 10, 2017 in Rensselaer, IN and she survives. Also surviving are one sister, Donna Williams and one brother, John Barney of Watseka.
James served in the U.S. Navy.
Cremation rites will be accorded by the Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka.
